1.1 Collection and use of Your Information

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • your name, email address, postal/delivery address, debit card or credit card details, date of birth;
  • mobile device and mobile app identifiers
  • details of your use of the Service, including orders you place and products you view;
  • if you contact Us, We may keep a record of that correspondence;
  • to send you marketing offers where requested by you.

We use Your Information in the following ways:

  • to provide to Retailers to enable them to process orders;
  • to carry out Our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and Us;
  • to notify you about changes to the Service;
  • to conduct an electronic identity check performed at a licensed credit reference agency. A record of this search will be kept and will not be shared with any company conducting a credit search on you. You may view a record of this search on your consumer file upon application; and
  • to contact you by electronic means (email or text message or push notifications) with information about goods and services where you have provided your consent. If you do not want Us to use your data in this way please update your marketing preferences found under the "My Account" section in the mobile application.

1.2 How We share Your Information with Retailers and other third parties

We will disclose Your Information to Retailers and other third parties as follows:

if you make an order via the Service, we will transfer Your Information to the relevant Retailer so that you can make the purchase direct with the Retailer;
if We or any of Our assets are acquired by a third party, personal data held by Us about you may be one of the transferred assets;
if We are under a duty to disclose or share Your Information in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply the Terms and other agreements; or
to protect Our rights, property, or safety or that of Our customers or others (this includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction).
We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to Retailers except in the case of an order; but we may provide them with aggregate information about Our users. This is statistical data about Our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. We will not share Your Information with any third parties, including Retailers, for their marketing purposes.

Your Information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for Us or for one of Our suppliers. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your Information is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

1.3 How do We protect Your Information

All information you provide to Us is stored on Our secure servers.Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password and security answer which enables you to access certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping this password and security answer confidential. We ask you not to share the password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet or mobile network is not completely secure. Although We will do Our best to protect Your Information, We cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Service; any transmission is at your own risk. Once We have received Your Information, We will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.]

1.5 Cookies

Access to the Service via a mobile application necessitates the creation and use of a security token. The security token is used in the Service to provide a unique identification of you and the instance of a mobile application when accessing and using the Service. You can remove the mobile application from Your device by simply deleting the application however in the event you do delete the mobile application you will then effectively be deleting your unique security token and You will not be able to use the Service.

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to the Service, including additional products or services offered by Us. We will give you reasonable notice of any changes to the privacy policy. This privacy policy was last updated on 31st August 2011.
